Marlon is a Body Transformation and Life Coach. He holds Certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Trainer, Weight Management Coach, board certified Keiser and Spinning Instructor and Boxing Coach. Marlon has lost over 100lbs and wants to share his own knowledge about health and body transformations with others. “I’ll make sure you reach that place you’re aiming for. Together we’ll spin, we’ll box, we’ll train, we’ll find what you love to do so that you can maintain your workouts as a lifestyle. My passion is to make sure you sweat and smile through the whole process. If you are looking to make a life change then I will make it my goal to ensure you reach it.
Shirley is a Body Transformation and Life Coach and holds Certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Trainer, Spin Instructor and Boxing Coach. Shirley is serious about helping others transform their lives because she has lost 55lbs herself.“Fitness is the goal, but fun is the priority. I want you to have a good time and go home excited to wake up, dress up, and show up. My passion is helping others change their lives through transforming their bodies, their nutrition, their lifestyle and their overall health. I want to help you meet your specific health and body fitness goals and transfer that feeling into other aspects of your life.”
